The LAPTOP007 warranty offered on machines entitles the client to the following:

 

HARDWARE

Ninety days guarantee on unit (motherboard, input and output devices and hard drive). This entitles the client to free repair on these perhipals should they seize to work in the period of ninety days after the purchase date. An extended Manufacturers Warranty is included on some machines (see individual warranty).

Thirty day guarantee on the LCD and Optical unit. This entitles the client to a free repair should one of the devices seize to function within the period of thirty days after the purchase.

Seven day guarantee on battery and charger. The battery is considered in working condition if it holds a life of sixty minutes or more. The charger is considered working when the unit is tested at the time the machine is sold and guaranteed for seven days after purchase.

SOFTWARE

In no way can LAPTOP007 be held responsible for any software related problems on the unit. Microsoft Windows is loaded on the machine so the client can see that the machine is in full working condition. The client will be supplied with a copy of  Windows XP OEM version if they request it. The drivers call also be requested by client. If any problems occur with the software after purchase of the machine, LAPTOP007 will only be able to rectify the problem if the client is willing to pay the hourly fees charged for labor by the company.

GENERAL

Conditions to the warranty will also be voided if the machine is damaged by lightning, liquid or physical damage. This will void the warranty on all terms and the client will be held responsible for the full repair fee if they do request it to be done by LAPTOP007.

CLIENTS ARE TO RETAIN THEIR ORIGINAL INVOICES AND PROVIDE THEM ON PRESENTATION OF EQUIPMENT THAT NEEDS REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
